Wooclap has raised a total of 1.75 million euros through private investments and was recently awarded 500 000 euros as Innovative Startup of the Year. After a 3-digit growth in 2019, the opening of an office in Paris and strong international expansion, the team intends to continue this momentum in 2020 and beyond.

Thanks to our web platform of interactive questions, which students answer in real time via their smartphone, more than 300,000 teachers around the world make their courses more active, more efficient, and more adapted to their students' expectations. Our user base includes higher education teachers as well as corporate trainers.

The success of our product is due to its ease of use and the partnerships we have forged with professors, researchers, and cognitive science specialists, which allow us to create features that are as close as possible to the needs of our users.

In 2020, Wooclap continues to innovate and has launched Wooflash, a studying platform for students based on spaced repetition and artificial intelligence.

Job Description

The mission

We are hiring a *Customer Success Manager * in our Brussels office.

Within the Customer Success team, your mission will be to support a portfolio of higher education institutions but also companies who want to transform their pedagogical practices thanks to Wooclap. You will be their privileged interlocutor and will play a decisive role in helping them to adopt, love and maximize the value they get from Wooclap. As we're expanding internationnaly, we're looking for someone who can work **both in English and Spanish OR Italian (German can be a plus).

Here is what your weeks could look like:

  • Follow up on the relationship with your partners, measure and analyze performance and then define action plans to ensure user satisfaction and retention.
  • Advise our partners on best practices for using the platform and maximizing its adoption in each location to achieve our business objectives.
  • Be the first point of contact to answer our users' questions via chat, email or phone.
  • Write content (videos, writings) for our community of users, to inform them of new features for example.
  • Become the spokesperson for our customers internally, with our different teams (product, technical, marketing ...), to understand their needs and solve their problems.

You'll be a driving force to offer our users an exceptional customer experience.

Preferred Experience

  • You like to understand the issues of your partners, their problems, and help them to solve them.
  • You are recognized for your listening and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • You have good analytical and synthesis skills. You know how to make complex subjects simple.
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish or Italian
  • Your spelling is impeccable.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit: you are curious, enthusiastic and like to get your hands dirty. You are not afraid of a fast-moving environment.
  • You want to join an international team, where you will learn on a daily basis for a meaningful project!
